I researched and wrote this report with the Terence Crutcher Foundation. We analyzed Tulsa’s racial inequalities in justice and economic mobility to learn how the criminal legal system economically impacts Tulsans — particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Tulsans — and what structural changes would transform that system. The report shares our findings on the root causes and impacts of mass incarceration and economic privation. Half Design created a gorgeous website to showcase our research and findings.
