I produced the inaugural “State of the Mission” report for YWCA Tulsa analyzing disparities in health, wealth, education, and incarceration experienced by women in Oklahoma, centering women of color. We created an advocacy agenda focused on closing the gaps through public policy changes at the local, state, and federal levels.
